Sales/Procurement Manager
Job responsibilities:
1) Daily management of sales and purchase orders
2) Customer and supplier management
3) Order and material procurement tracking
4) New customers, suppliers, and new project development
5) Daily business related affairs management
Qualification:
1) Bachelor's degree or above
2) At least 2 years of sales or procurement related experience in manufacturing enterprises
3) Optics, Optical Materials, Physics, or Laser related majors
4) Engaged in sales and procurement work in industries related to industrial lasers and biomedical equipment
Product/Project Manager
Job responsibilities:
1) Participate in the development and trial production of new products
2) Cooperate with R&D engineers to develop relevant process documents and operating standards, and achieve product landing
3) Responsible for quality management cost analysis
4) Responsible for employee training and coaching work
Qualification:
1) Bachelor's degree or above in optics, optical material manufacturing, and chemistry related majors
2) Experience in lifting, processing, and coating optical components and functional crystal materials
3) 2 years or more experience in product or project management is preferred
Quality assurance Manager
Job responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the overall quality management of the company, establishing and implementing the company's quality management system
2) Establishment and Implementation of Product Quality Control System
3) Formulation and implementation of the company's quality plan, decomposition of quality objectives, inspection and assessment
4) Prepare annual and monthly quality work plans, and organize their implementation after approval
5) Plan and execute quality management education and training plans
6) Responsible for employee training and coaching work
Qualification:
1) Bachelor's degree or above in optics, optical material manufacturing, and chemistry related majors
2) At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality control or system construction in the manufacturing industry.
Crystal pulling technician
Job responsibilities:
1) Responsible for daily lifting production records and maintenance of the lifting furnace
2) Ensure the normal operation and safety standards of equipment parameters in the lifting production process
3) Regularly inspect the operation of peripheral equipment to ensure safety and normal operation
Qualification:
1) High school or above education
2) Experience in crystal growth and pulling
3) Adapt to shift work
4) Careful work and strong learning ability
