PMNT-PMNT Piezoelectric Crystal
Piezoelectric materials, such as ceramics, crystals and films, are the mediums of the inter-conversion between the electrical and mechanical energy. And the piezoelectric single crystal PMNT grown by the Bridgman method, is a new generation of piezoelectric materials, whose ultrahigh piezoelectric performances (d33~2000pC/N) are far higher than traditional PZT ceramic (d33~500pC/N). Because of the excellent piezoelectric and pyroelectric performances, PMNT crystals are the core materials of ultrasound transducers, actuators, infrared sensors and so on, which based on PMNT single crystals is a new generation of technological development. The size of PMNT crystals is now 4 inches in diameter.

High electric output, under the same force condition, the output is an order of magnitude higher than traditional piezoelectric ceramics pzt
High dielectric performance(ℇr), can reach 4000
High electromechanical coupling coefficient(k33), the electro-mechanical conversion efficiency is up to 94%, which far higher than that of traditional pzt(70%)
Excellent ultrasound transducers with large bandwidth and high sensitivity, are based on pmnt single crystals
